useZypo is a sole proprietorship. Each product has its own payment terms. For every product, cancelling stops the next renewal, and the most the Owner will refund is the fee paid for the current period when the product cannot be used for a reason on the Owner’s side.

• Offline ERP

  Shop license on the phone. Refund of the current period’s fee if the key or the app cannot be used for a reason on the Owner’s side.

• Cloud ERP

  Online company books. Refund of the current period’s fee if the account cannot be used for a reason on the Owner’s side.

• CRM

  Workspace, contacts, and pipeline. Refund of the current period’s fee if the workspace cannot be used for a reason on the Owner’s side.
