Cloud ERP Payment Terms
These terms are between you and the sole proprietor operating useZypo. Paying means you accept them. Updated 3 October 2026.
1. What you buy
You buy access to Cloud ERP for the company account that paid, within the limits shown on the plan you chose: one company on Standard, more users on Pro, and more than one branch on Enterprise. Access is for that account.
2. Price and renewal
The price shown at checkout is the price for that period. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access lasts until the period already paid for ends. That current period is not refunded only because you cancelled.
3. Your records
Cloud ERP keeps the company books online for the account that paid. You remain responsible for those books, the invoices you issue, and your GST returns. Keep your own export of the books. Cloud ERP is a business aid. It is not a chartered accountant, lawyer, or tax officer.
4. Refunds
If you cannot sign in, or Cloud ERP cannot be used for a reason on the Owner’s side, the Owner refunds the fee paid for that current period.
5. Maximum the Owner will pay
That refund of the current period’s fee is the most the Owner will pay. The Owner will not pay lost profit, lost stock, tax, interest, or penalties. This limit does not apply to fraud by the Owner.
6. Law
These terms follow the laws of India.
