Offline ERP Payment Terms
These terms are between you and the sole proprietor operating useZypo. Paying means you accept them. Updated 3 October 2026.
1. What you buy
You buy a license to use Offline ERP for one shop. The activation key works only for the shop phone number it was issued for, on one phone at a time. The same key renews when the plan renews.
2. Price and renewal
The price shown at checkout is the price for that period. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access lasts until the period already paid for ends. That current period is not refunded only because you cancelled.
3. Your records
Shop records stay on the phone. You keep your own backup. Offline ERP is a shop aid. It is not a chartered accountant, lawyer, or tax officer. You remain responsible for your books, the invoices you issue, and your GST returns.
4. Refunds
If the key does not unlock the app, or the app cannot be used for a reason on the Owner’s side, the Owner refunds the fee paid for that current period. A subscription started inside the Android app is charged by Google Play and follows Google Play’s refund rules.
5. Maximum the Owner will pay
That refund of the current period’s fee is the most the Owner will pay. The Owner will not pay lost profit, lost stock, tax, interest, or penalties. This limit does not apply to fraud by the Owner.
6. Law
These terms follow the laws of India.
