CRM Payment Terms
These terms are between you and the sole proprietor operating useZypo. Paying means you accept them. Updated 3 October 2026.
1. What you buy
You buy a CRM workspace for the account that paid, with the seats and features shown on the plan you chose. Contacts, pipeline, and follow-up belong to that workspace.
2. Price and renewal
The price shown at checkout is the price for that period. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Access lasts until the period already paid for ends. That current period is not refunded only because you cancelled.
3. Your records
You are responsible for the contacts you store and the messages you send, including WhatsApp messages sent from an account you connect. CRM is a sales aid. It is not legal advice.
4. Refunds
If the workspace cannot be used for a reason on the Owner’s side, the Owner refunds the fee paid for that current period. A subscription started inside a Play Store app is charged by Google Play and follows Google Play’s refund rules. These terms apply to a CRM payment made on usezypo.com.
5. Maximum the Owner will pay
That refund of the current period’s fee is the most the Owner will pay. The Owner will not pay lost profit, lost stock, tax, interest, or penalties. This limit does not apply to fraud by the Owner.
6. Law
These terms follow the laws of India.
