Privacy Policy

1. Who this applies to

Usezypo is a business CRM and retail operations tool for teams and organizations. It is intended for adults and business users, not for children under 13.

2. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), workspace membership, and role.
• Business data you enter: contacts, vendors, products, sales, payroll/staff records, tasks, notes, custom fields, and related documents you create in the Service.
• Device and usage data: app version, device type, IP address, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure the Service.
• Optional device permissions: camera (QR/barcode/business-card capture), contacts (when you choose to import), and phone/SMS/WhatsApp deep links you initiate from a contact record.

3. How we use information

• Provide, sync, and improve the Service for your workspace
• Authenticate users and manage team access
• Process billing and subscriptions when applicable
• Respond to support requests and prevent abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your CRM data to show third-party advertising inside the app.

4. Sharing

We may share information with infrastructure and service providers who process data on our behalf (for example hosting, email delivery, or payment processors), subject to contractual confidentiality. Workspace owners control which team members can access their business data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and users.

5. Data retention and security

While your workspace is active we keep business records under this policy: sales for 2 years; payroll and staff history for 5 years. Older records are removed automatically. Before a workspace is permanently deleted we email a full export to the owner and send reminder emails during a grace period. We use industry-standard safeguards such as encrypted transport (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your choices

Workspace admins can manage team members and business records in the product. Owners and admins can export workspace data and schedule deletion from Settings → Data & deletion. You can also request help at support@usezypo.com. You can revoke device permissions in your phone settings at any time.

7. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
